Shipping is either through UPS (United Parcel Service) or through USPS (Postal Service). We only ship within the US, to all 50 States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Canada or APO/FPO addresses. Several UPS Shipping options are available when you place your order, including Free Ground Shipping* for orders over $125, and Free Ground Shipping* for Oregon and Washington customers for orders over $65.00. (*Free Shipping excludes Bulk Cable). In most cases, the shipping and insurance costs are calculated out automatically, by both weight and Zip Code. If we see that shipping was calculated incorrectly, we will contact you before we ship an item. We insure every package that leaves our building. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Any delay may result in a claim being refused by the carrier. If you provide an incorrect address for UPS, and they have to correct it, we will have to charge you the $10.00 fee that they charge for the correction. If you provide an incorrect address for USPS and they return it to us, you will need to pay for shipping again - so please be very accurate on the shipping address.

Also, please remember, the USPS options are not a Trackable Service. You will see "Electronic Information Notification" once we print your label and ship your package. It will not show anything until the package is Delivered. If you need a Trackable fast service, please select a UPS Method.

There is a $2.00 Minimum Order Fee charged on ALL Online Orders below $2.00. This is in response to several customers who were unhappy with the $2.00 minimum order.

All orders are invoiced and pulled in the order they are received.

Most orders received by 2:00pm PDT, Monday - Friday, are shipped out the same business day, depending on availability. Orders received on a weekend or a Holiday, will usually be shipped out the next business day. Sometimes items or larger quantity orders, are not available for immediate delivery, and are usually shipped out within 48-72 hours. If we believe that we will not be able to ship out your order within a timely matter, we will contact you, usually by email first, then by telephone. Sometimes, we may choose to ship you a partial order, and as the rest of the order comes in, you will be shipped the balance. We will usually let you know when this happens, and we try to arrange to where the 2nd half of the order is shipped out in time to arrive within 2-3 days of the original order.
