Our Retail Store is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00am - 6:00pm, and on Saturday, from 10:00am - 2:00pm. We are closed New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Our goal is to provide you with quality cables and accessories at low prices. We have been selling cables since 2003 to consumers, contractors, installers, schools and government agencies. We strive to have a large selection of different cables, adapters and wall plates, in various lengths, colors, sizes and variations at great prices. We actually stock over 6000 different products in our Retail store as well as our online store.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal for all of our online orders. In addition, we also accept Debit Cards and cash in our retail store. We do not accept Checks, and we do not offer Net Terms or accept Purchase Orders as payment. We do not accept International Orders or Payments. This includes Canada and Mexico. Your Paypal account must be in the US. The online system will do an address verification based on the Billing Address of your Credit Card. We also check for the 3 Digit Security Code. Failure to accurately provide these may delay your order, or cause it to become cancelled.

Shipping is through UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (Postal Service). We only ship within the US, to all 50 States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Canada or APO/FPO addresses. Several Shipping options are available when you place your order. In most cases, the shipping and insurance costs are calculated out automatically, by both weight and Zip Code. If we see that shipping was calculated incorrectly, we will contact you before we ship an item. We insure every package that leaves our building. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Any delay may result in a claim being refused by the carrier. If you provide an incorrect address for UPS, and they have to correct it, we will have to charge you the $10.00 fee that they charge for the correction. If you provide an incorrect address for USPS and they return it to us, you will need to pay for shipping again - so please be very accurate on the shipping address.
There is also a Will-Call pick up option. To enable this, during the checkout process, just use your normal billing or shipping address, and once the system recognizes that you are local, the option to pick up items locally here in Hillsboro, Oregon, will show up. If your billing/shipping address is outside Oregon or Washington, the will-call option will not show up.
All orders are invoiced and pulled in the order they are received.
Monday - Friday, most UPS orders placed before 2:00pm PT are shipped the same day. USPS does not have a set time to pick up orders, so if you need something that is time sensitive, you may want to use UPS. We ship USPS orders on Saturdays as well, so orders that come in after the shipping cutoff on Friday or early Saturday morning, can usually go out Saturday. UPS Orders received on a weekend, will usually be shipped out the next business day. Sometimes items or larger quantity orders, are not available for immediate delivery, and are usually shipped out within 48-72 hours. If we believe that we will not be able to ship out your order within a timely matter, we will contact you, usually by email first, then by telephone. Sometimes, we may choose to ship you a partial order, and as the rest of the order comes in, you will be shipped the balance. We will usually let you know when this happens, and we try to arrange to where the 2nd half of the order is shipped out in time to arrive within 2-3 days of the original order.
