We offer Free Shipping on most orders over $125 to the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.

We offer Free Shipping on most orders over $65 to Oregon and Washington.

Free Shipping does not apply to Surge Protectors or heavy items like Bulk cable, some heavy or long cables, Racks and some Rack Equipment.

Although you can add excluded Free Shipping items to your Free Shipping Order, it will not count towards your qualifying total, and once the rest of your order exceeds the Free Shipping threshold, the shipping will show for just the items that are excluded from the Free Shipping offer.

If you purchased enough items to qualify for the Free Shipping discount, and then later returned some or all of the items bringing your total below the Free Shipping threshold, then the original shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

Free Shipping orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service.

Free Shipping orders can not be shipped to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

Return Policy - Please read before clicking on the RMA Form

The most common reasons that a refund is not given once product is returned, is missing pieces and failure to include the original packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, PCH Cables, Inc. offers a 30 day return policy on most items subject to the terms and conditions identified below. You will need to return it to us within 30 days of the original date of purchase for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by us, not the issuance of an RMA.

Please make sure you have received the correct product within 30 days. After 30 days, we will not be able to refund or exchange it.

If you purchased the products online, and need to ship them back to us, we need you to fill out the RMA FORM to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date issued, and cannot be extended or re-issued. We are unable to accept shipped returns without an RMA number. In-store purchases, and online local pickup orders, do not require an RMA number, and can be returned directly to the store where they were picked up.

Opened products will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Returned product must be clean, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging, manuals, screws, caps, accessories and documentation. The product must be in a like-new, resalable condition, free of any non-removable labels or writing on the product or product packaging, for you to receive credit or a refund. The product must also have with it, upon return to us, a copy of the original invoice, packing slip, or copy of the online order, along with the RMA number if ordered online. Products that are received by us that do not meet these conditions will not be able to be processed as returns, and we will attempt to contact you to determine the disposition of these goods prior to their disposal. Batteries, Tools, Fish Tape, Bulk Wire and Custom Cut Techflex Products are not returnable.

Return freight must be shipped prepaid, and we recommend that you insure the package, as you are responsible for risk of loss on all returned packages. We recommend that you make sure you pack the carton properly for return, as we will not issue credit for product damaged en route back to us due to poor shipping practices. We do not issue call tags for product returns. In most cases, if a price drops, we will only be able to credit you at the current price.

Special Note on Quantity Purchases and Returns:
Please make sure when you order a quantity of an item, that it is the correct product, color, length and gender before you complete your purchase. While we will accept unopened returns on your quantity order, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns of 10 or more of any item. Opened quantities are not returnable.

We offer a lifetime guarantee for all of the cables we sell to be free of defect in workmanship or components. Non-working cables can be returned to us for replacement at any time but we do not warrant them for abuse, mis-use, normal wear and tear, or for any consequential damages from their use. Any cable showing signs of damage will not be replaced. It is common for USB charging cables to fail due to normal daily usage. If they fail after 30 days, we will replace them 1 time.

All Hardware, Tools and any Electronics including USB Chargers have a 30 Day Warranty.

We offer some items only as Special Orders that are not-stocked locally. Special Orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
