We offer Free Shipping on most orders over $99 to the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.

We offer Free Shipping on most orders over $49 to Oregon and Washington.

Free Shipping does not apply to Surge Protectors or heavy items like Bulk cable, some heavy or long cables, Racks and some Rack Equipment.

Although you can add excluded Free Shipping items to your Free Shipping Order, it will not count towards your qualifying total, and once the rest of your order exceeds the Free Shipping threshold, the shipping will show for just the items that are excluded from the Free Shipping offer.

If you purchased enough items to qualify for the Free Shipping discount, and then later returned some or all of the items bringing your total below the Free Shipping threshold, then the original shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

Free Shipping orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service.

Free Shipping orders can not be shipped to PO Boxes.

Do you charge any handling fees on your orders?

We do not have any handling fees.

I just placed an online order. When will the order ship?

We are located in Oregon, so all shipping times are PT. Most UPS orders placed before 2:00pm are shipped the same day. There are times where a customer will order a large quantity of items that we cannot fill from our stock, and we must either bring in the product from out of state, or drop ship the product directly to the customer. If we drop ship the product, sometimes, depending on the supplier, the cutoff times can be earlier, or later. If we feel that we cannot fill an order in a timely manner, we will normally try to contact the customer within the hour to see if there are other options they wish to attempt.

Will your company do Blind Drop Ships to our customers for us?

Yes. We can Blind Drop Ship our products for you. Your customer will not see your paperwork, and we will email you your receipt. Just put BLIND DROP SHIP in the Comments section during checkout so we know how to handle your order.

Can we use our UPS or FedEx account for shipping?

At this time, we do not ship with FedEx and we are unable to use your UPS account numbers for shipping.

How do I get my UPS tracking number?

The tracking numbers for each day's shipped orders are automatically emailed to you when we ship your package(s). Alternatively, you can check your order status online to find out your tracking number.

Do you pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?

Unfortunately, we do not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we sell. However, if you pay to send the item back to us, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. We will do our best to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

My tracking number is not working. What should I do?

Most carriers will not show any information on the tracking numbers until they receive and scan the physical packages into their system. The tracking number is generated by the software, a label is printed, and put on your package, and then scanned and emailed to you. Usually the information is updated within 12-24 hours. If you just received your tracking number, it will probably not have any information until after midnight, or the next day.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally. We only ship to locations within the United States.
