The best customer service I have seen in years!

By accident I ordered the wrong part the first time. When I called the 800 number it was before their normal operating hours so I just ordered the correct item and figured I would call them in a couple of hours. Within minutes I received a call from PCH asking if I wanted both items or had I made a mistake? I wish I caught the employee's name but clearly this was above and beyond the call of duty for a less than $2.00 part. I ordered the part on Friday and had it on Monday in western Colorado. When they say they have shipped the part they really have. What a great experience! Not only do they have outstanding prices but their customer service is excellent. PS - I typically never comlete these surveys, but felt compelled after such great service. Keep up the good work! Richard

Conso Male end of headset extension cord had a large overmold and it had to be trimmed with a dremel tool to fit in the RCA 2-line phone jack for a headset.
