We offer Free Shipping on most orders over $99 to the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.

Free Shipping does not apply to heavy items like Bulk cable, some heavy or long cables, Racks and some Rack Equipment.

Although you can add excluded Free Shipping items to your Free Shipping Order, it will not count towards your qualifying total, and once the rest of your order exceeds the Free Shipping threshold, the shipping will show for just the items that are excluded from the Free Shipping offer.

If you purchased enough items to qualify for the Free Shipping discount, and then later returned some or all of the items bringing your total below the Free Shipping threshold, then the original shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

Free Shipping orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service.

Free Shipping orders can not be shipped to PO Boxes.

Do you charge any handling fees on your orders ? top
Any Credit Card order less than $2.00 is charged a $1.00 Handling Fee. For USPS Priority Mail orders, we charge actual shipping charges plus $1.00. For UPS Orders, we charge actual shipping charges plus $1.50.

Do you have a Retail Store, or only an online store? top
Yes, we have a Retail Store open to the public from 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. We do ask that customers needing a large quantity of something call or email us to inquire before they stop by as we are not always able to fill large orders from local stock.

I just placed an online order. When will the order ship? top
We are located in Oregon, so all shipping times are PDT. Most orders placed before 2:00pm (1:00pm on Mondays) are shipped the same day. There are times where a customer will order a large quantity of items that we cannot fill from our stock, and we must either bring in the product from out of state, or drop ship the product directly to the customer. If we drop ship the product, sometimes, depending on the supplier, the cutoff times can be earlier, or later. If we feel that we cannot fill an order in a timely manner, we will normally try to contact the customer within the hour to see if there are other options they wish to attempt.

How do I know if what I am buying is a quality product or not? top
Sometimes, the quality of product cannot be judged by price alone. For some of our products, we have different varieties. Some will be better than others. This cable may be shielded, while that cable is not. This one might have a thicker gauge than that one, for exmaple. However, all of our cables come with a limited 20 day money back guarantee, and a lifetime warranty against defects. We want you to be happy with your cable purchase - and we want you to come back for all your cable needs. We don't want you to just buy that one cable, and not be happy. We have even gone as far as to cut open some of the cables from "other" leading manufacturers and you can compare them, side by side, with ours, as well as having our own HDMI cables running against a "leading top brand" at our Will-Call counter, using 42" LCD's and Blue-Ray players.

Do you custom make cables? top
We do not actually manufacturer any of our own products. We are a reseller of cables and accessories. We can sometimes get special cables that are not in our online catalog, and you are more than welcome to email or call us about something you cannot see online.

Are your cables RoHS compliant? top
We have several cables that arrive with either RoHS imprinted on the packaging, or with a label on the product, or packaging. In some cases, this is sufficient marking. However, we understand that there are several companies that require the certification letter in order to be complaint themselves with the prdoucts they sell or use. Unfortunately, we have not yet received all the documentation or certificates for our products from our vendors. We can sometimes get the test papers, but not the actual certificates.

Will your company do Blind Drop Ships to our customers for us? top
Yes. We can Blind Drop Ship our products for you. Your customer will not see your paperwork, and we will email you your receipt. Just put BLIND DROP SHIP" in the Comments section during checkout so we know how to handle your order.

Can we use our UPS or FedEx account for shipping? top
At this time, we are unable to use your UPS or FedEx account numbers for shipping charges.

I just placed an order for Local Pick-Up. When will it be ready? top
During normal business hours, local Will-Call Pick-Up orders are ready within 1 hour after you place your order, depending on volume. We strongly advise either waiting for the email that says your order is completed, or wait two hours before you drive out. Orders are processed in the order they are received, and some times during the day it will take longer to pull all the orders.

I need to return a product that I purchased from you. What is your return policy? top
Most products have a 20 day return policy. Our full return policy is located HERE or in the ABOUT US section at the top of our web site. There is an RMA form at the bottom of the page in the RETURNS section that you need to fill out. Please make sure you read our Return Policy before filling out the form. It will automatically email us your RMA request. Requests are handled usually within a few hours, but never more than 1 business day.
