Fantastic cable. Feels like quality. The cable itself has a slight grip to it, and is thicker than another optical cable that I have. I'm sure this thickness is the quality.

Cable was OK when connecting with high-end components, but would not stay attached to Digital TV decoder box. A more expensive cable was more secure, but would still slip off.

so yeah, i'm just glad that I bought this at PCH. looked around but only found Best Buy and others selling these at rip of prices of around $20.

Best place to shop for Great quality, Work 101% and Cheaper 145% compare to Best buy, Fry's and others online places.

This and other items I buy from PCH Cables are of excellent quality at the lowest prices you can find anywhere. I would buy elsewhere only in an emergency. If I can wait a day or so, PCH Cables is the only place to shop. Wide selection, good quality, low prices-what else do you need?

Using this cable with PS3, works great. The option to get it in white is good since it stands out from my other cables so I can avoid yanking on it (last optical cable I had died because it got snagged and pulled on)

Works well. Fairly bendable.
It's a digital connection, so as long as there's just a tiny amount of light coming through, it's all good.
The manufacturers would have to work real hard to mess up any digital link under 30' running at these bitrates, be that light or copper.

A well-made TOSLink cable that works very well between my EMU 0404 and Edirol digital studio monitors.

I got a new receiver for christmas and was very excited. Going to hook it up was another matter. Optical cables of the same length anywhere else were 3 to 4 times as much money and these ones work great.

Not much to say other than it works fine. It has little "caps" on the cable end that are pulled off the end for use. When pulled off they stay with the cable which is very nice should the cable be taken off and want to be recapped on the optical interface. I'd never find it otherwise. :-)
