Will agree with the previous poster that the service in the past has been less than welcoming. That was unfortunately the owner, and there seem to be subordinates at the new location that are conscious of the fact that you are a paying customer, and not just a distraction.

Fast shipping, quick response to order questions or cancelations. Stuff available even for big orders. I've used PCH for a while just buying one or two cables here and there. I've bought audio, hdmi, dvi, vga, network cables... all quality stuff. I've gotten my employer to start buying cables here as well. Our $3000 network cable orders that we'd put into CDW-G every 2 months or so are about $600! That's HUGE for us. Keep up the good work, PCH rules.
