3 Foot USB 2.0 Type A Male to Micro USB Male Cable

This is the perfect length cable for plugging in phones and small add-on devices to desktop systems. Whether it is for charging or data transfer this cable is a great asset to have.

I purchased this cable to use as a charger cable and USB interface cable for my Nokia 6350 phone. It charges the phone off of any USB port, including my car 12V to USB adapter. It plugs into my PC to communicate with the Nokia PC Suite software allowing me to use the PC for phone management - primarily ringtones, wallpaper, phone setup.

Check this cable out before you spend $$$ for a model specific type.

Oops, I mean two words : Amazon Kindle. That's what this cable will get you. It will connect your computer to your Amazon Kindle. In my opinion this cable is better than the one that comes with the Kindle because it's a better length and quality. No razor knife needed because the end of this cable fits snug.

This is an excellent cable for charging in vehicles. It's also great for connecting to laptops. Works as expected and has good, tight connections.

Great price for needed cable

Great cable at a great price. To me USB cables don’t need to be pretty, and this one is certainly not pretty!

The Type A USB Male end fits very well in the few ports I've used. So it doesn’t fall out when exchanging nearby cables or if the peripheral is tugged (falls off the desk). But then I’d say that’s expected for a new cable and not a reason to rate it any higher!

The Micro end did give me a problem, on an i465 Motorola Phone. The micro USB port is recessed, not very much, but enough that the cable did not fit properly. The Housing on the micro end is rather chubby. Please excuse my crude measurement description, but the plastic enclosure is some 8mm thick, extending 3.5mm each side of the micro connector.

I used a box cutter to shave the end of the connector enclosure down to a 45 degree angle and it now fits perfectly. If I’d paid more I would have returned it but at $2.50?
